Inventory Valuation
- Independently handle the Inventory valuation
- ML Run and reconciliation inventory dump with financial (GL)
- Inventory valuation for BBL Entity and finalize the JV in system
- Non valued inventory movement tracking with previous month and quarter in category wise Quality, R&D, Expiry
- Closing Inventory details preparing and sharing to GL teams once Inventory finalized
- Inventory Provision working and movement analysis vs Previous Month and Quarter
- Inventory write off working and tracker
- Overhead movement working for Finished goods and Semi Finished goods
- Batch Failure Tracker monthly basis
- Goods-In-Transit – adjustments for Inventory Valuation
- Profit Elimination workings where applicable - Quarterly
- Slow Moving inventory Provision Working
MIS Reporting:
- Product wise Grouping for each batch
- Consolidate backup working L1&L2&Mkt Inventory - Prepare the Backup MIS report for location, Product, Category and Market Wise
- Supply Chain Management Inventory and MIS Preparation
- Ensure all materials purchased for R&D with WBS codes cross charged to R&D
- Near by expiry risk details working monthly
- Escalate To Supply Chain Management team Finished and Semi Finished goods batches more than 90 days and collect the reason
- Inventory tracker for special categories of project materials
- Inventory tracker for materials at third party manufacturing locations
- Provision and write off quartely backup workings (Month on Month Analysis Report) and Operations performance tracker
- Sub contract related material details consolidation and sharing to Bicon Ltd team - Closing Inventory, Purchase and Consumption
- Project related material details consolidation and sharing to Project Management team
- Preparation of Board Deck Slides – Quarterly
- Demand Coverage working/Month on holding for product level
- Rolling Forecast working based on SCM Team Shared File OR SAP IBP Dumo (Required For Month On Holding Working)
