Position – Senior Analyst / Manager
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Senior Recruiter to join our firm. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business teams within the organization to understand their unique business functions and needs, executing the recruitment process with precision and creativity.
- Performed end to end recruitment process.
- Work closely with business teams to understand business functions and recruitment needs.
- Manage, prioritize, and close talent searches within set timelines, utilizing your experience in setting benchmarks, metrics, and prioritizing tasks to meet targets.
- Develop and implement creative methods for sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates through various platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as an ambassador for the organization.
- Participate in different recruitment-related activities, including internship, fresh graduate, and experienced hiring
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 6+ years of relevant recruitment experience, open to both in-house and agency recruiters, ideally within the tech/internet industry.
- Excellent sourcing skill using various job boards, Linked In and other social platforms.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and take accountability for your work.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and positive working attitude with a quick learning ability
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
