about Job
As an IT Recruiter / Talent Advisor , you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to meet the client organization's technical staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your expertise in technology and strong communication skills will be essential in building a pipeline of qualified candidates.

● Shift Timings: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
● Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Primary Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards ( Linked In : Is a must ) , social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates.
Provide clients and candidates with valuable information on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and career advancement.
Proactively build a pipeline of IT professionals across various roles.
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience etc.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and technical teams.
Provide candidates with information about the company, position, and interview process.
Foster positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Oversee the End-to-End Recruitment hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and staying informed about market developments.
Track key metrics to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Maintain transparent and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Required Skill-Set & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4+ years of corporate experience, preferably in a staffing or HR environment.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
