Job Title : Java DeveloperExperience : 6-10 yrsLocation : PAN IndiaRoles and Responsibilities : The key aspects of this role include: · You will take a lead role on an agile team, working on global projects, creating the systems and services that enable the success of UMG and in particular, release planning capabilities· You will work on architecting, designing and building UMGs new services platform, the foundation of a landscape of modern and cutting-edge applications which are powering UMG's business and operations. This includes legacy transformation into a modern containerized architecture with efficient CD/CI pipelines.· You will research and evaluate applicable technologies and implement best practices to continually increase performance and scalability.· Systems & services created by you and the team will integrate with existing applications & functions across all domains of the business (finance, planning, production, marketing, etc.); this will require solid documentation and communication skills.· You will run architecture sessions, lead code reviews, work with your team on testing features, writing automated tests and ensure bugs are getting fixed.· 'We build it, we run it' - You will have operational responsibility for the software you and your team builds and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business users, operations and product owners on the future of the platform.To be the right fit, you'll need: · Services and API architecture in AWS using best practices and delivering on transformation· Strong understanding of microservices and container technologies (Docker), and Container orchestration tools (Kubernetes)· Hands on experience with DevOps/CICD tools such as, Git, Jenkins, etc.· Must have good experience using AWS tools including but not limited to Lambda, Kinesis, API Gateway, SNS, SQS· Front end development using javascript, HTML 5, jQuery, Blazor, React.js, Bootstrap, CSS3· Database Technologies (Aurora DB, MongoDB, PostGres, MySQL) & Restful APIs.· Knowledge on Azure AD as IDP ,Google Cloud (Big Query)· Legacy experience preferred - Redhat, JBoss, OracleJDK
