About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Ops with expertise in Azure data services, infrastructure automation, and cloud architecture. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale cloud data solutions, ensuring security, compliance, and high performance.

What You’ll Do:

Data Engineering & Cloud Architecture

•Design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.

• Architect and implement scalable and high-performance data solutions in Azure.

• Leverage Azure SQL and distributed data processing frameworks for efficient data handling.

Infrastructure & Automation

• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Ia C) using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates.

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of cloud data infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops, Git, or Jenkins.

• Use Kubernetes and containerization technologies for managing and scaling data workloads.

Data Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

• Implement best practices for data encryption, access control, and auditing in Azure.

Collaboration & Agile Execution

• Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong expertise in Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL).

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Shell, or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, and CI/CD automation (Azure Dev Ops, Git, Jenkins).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization for data workloads.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
