Description

The Lead QA will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end multi-channel customer experience projects.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives and enhance the customer experience in a fast-paced, global fashion retail environment As a Lead QA, you will: Develop and execute test plans and test cases for complex front-end multi-channel customer experience projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify, document, and track defects and ensure their resolution.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform testing strategies and demonstrate the impact of quality assurance.

Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Must-Have Experience & Skills: Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure Dev Ops).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Experience in developing and executing automated test plans and test cases.

Proficiency with any automation tools such as Selenium, Browserstack (most Preferred) and Cypress, Junit, Test NG, Postman (for API testing) Experience with e-commerce platforms like SAP Hybris.

Understanding of Mar Tech technologies and platforms such as: Monetate, Salesforce, SAP, Klaviyo, Google Marketing Platform, etc.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.

Nice to Have Skills: Understanding of Mar Tech technologies and platforms such as: Monetate, Salesforce, SAP, Klaviyo, Google Marketing Platform, etc.

Experience in the retail industry, particularly within a global context.

Proven track record of collaborating cross-functional technology teams in front-end development or customer experience projects.

Experience in analyzing and mapping customer journeys, and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
