Job Summary: Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing multiple HR support services including recruitment support, on boarding support, core HR support, learning administration support, performance management support, CBTS, Mobility admin, HR Systems support etc to EY member firms.

Talent Services provides services to countries, sub-areas, areas and global people teams and other EY stakeholders.

These services are delivered from our centers in Dalian, China; Bangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin, India, Wroclaw, Poland and Manila, Philippines.

A Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is EY’s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually.

A hub can cut across service line and regions, delivering non repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. VTH personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and funded by regions based on usage. Learning VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Learning team.

VTH works in a fully-integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.

The Talent Development Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the UK&I Talent Development Operations Lead to set up, build the capability and lead the UK&I Virtual Talent Development Hub Team to ensure high quality service delivery to the UK&I Talent Development team and their stakeholders.

In addition, the role will be responsible for Success Factors for Learning compliance, process deployment and reporting and be responsible for working with the Global PDRA teams to build reporting capability for the Talent Development team in UK&I.

Key Interactions: UK&I Talent Development Leadership team, PDRA, UK&I Talent Development Team Leaders and their extended teams, GDS for learning teams.

Key Responsibilities: Operations and Reporting responsibilities include: Design and deliver regular reporting and insights on learning activity for the UK&I Talent Development team to meet leadership and SL requirements.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of Learning Deployment Specialists, ensure optimal resource allocation, and drive overall team efficiency.

Allocate and monitor workloads of team members, ensuring that tasks are suitably allocated, keeping in mind the skill sets of individual team members.

Oversee the quality of work produced by your team to ensure that all output meets the expectations and standards of our organization.

Provide formal counseling as per necessity, addressing the needs of junior team members and virtual producers.

This includes overseeing goal setting and addressing performance management issues.

Overseeing and managing requests coming from different Service Lines (SLs) and Learning Program Managers.

Liaise with various stakeholders, coordinate efforts to prioritize requests, allocate resources, and ensure that each project is completed within agreed timescales and to the stakeholders' satisfaction.

Provide regular updates on the status of their projects and efficiency in managing and mitigating any potential issues will be a key part of their role.

Lead the induction of new team members within the assigned customer group, updating and organizing central training materials to guarantee they are comprehensive and effective.

Accompany the new hires throughout their year-long onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth cultural transition into the VTH/UKI TD structure.

Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Regional VTH learning model by: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders relevant for courses and client groups, including Learning Managers in Client Teams, Enablement, VTH Management/Leadership and IBM deployment teams as necessary Attend monthly calls with team Managers to discuss VTH ways of working, feedback, opportunities for process improvement, and take insight to central monthly Enablement call for consideration Educate and upskill VTH and onshore Coordinators as well as UK&I Talent Development leaders on reporting functionality in Success Factors.

Provide expertise and guidance as the UK&I SME on Success Factors for all Learning administration across the UK&I Talent Development team Leading Region roll-out of updates to Learning SF technology and process updates and ensuring the regular maintenance of Region Learning data quality Drive continuous improvement of LMS processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies are realized Supporting the Learning team’s management, compliance and annual reporting requirements for the International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) controls Ensure all process documentation is either created and / or updated for all processes above, and any new, continuing work requests as required by the Region Virtual Talent Hub responsibilities include: Acting as the single point of contact for all interactions, activities or matters related to the UK&I Virtual Talent Development Hub.

Working closely with the Global, Area and Regional Talent Leaders in identifying roles and activities that are being set-up in the hub including location strategy and over-all implementation approach Working with the Project Team in the execution of the implementation plan and with the onshore team in carrying forward the VTH operating model and ways of working post initial transition Overseeing onboarding of new VTH resources into the VTH operating model and working closely with the onshore teams in providing global, area and region-specific training to their VTH team members Working closely with the onshore teams in defining over-arching performance management framework, tracking and reporting for the VTH team members, as well as roles and responsibility between the onshore and VTH leaders Implementing a process to monitor and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within and across the entire network of hubs Working closely with the onshore teams in establishing and maintaining “ways of working” as guiding principles for the VTH resources in the performance of their day-to-day tasks and deliverables Developing and sharing accurate report to clients on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Coaching and developing all VTH learning coordinators in line with EY Performance Management and Development Programs and related initiatives.

Strong project management and organizational skills Global business acumen including knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, business models, ethics, competitive analysis and cross cultural/geographical sensitivities Other Requirements: Occasional travel will be required for global meetings (post-pandemic) Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources or Shared Services for a multinational organization Previous experience in leading a team Experience across several client/internal projects, focused on the development, improvement and deployment of similar products or tools and the end to end product lifecycle within a Professional Services environment.

Proven track record of working with a senior stakeholder population Strong understanding of all aspects of the learning administration process Experience in sharing insights from data and reporting and analytics tools.

Strong knowledge of EY processes and systems including Success Factors for Learning EY | Building a better working world
