Requirements : 4 years of experience in prosecution and enforcement Knowledge of Indian Trademark laws & regulations including updated familiarity with case law; Experience in drafting of Notices of Opposition Counterstatements Evidence affidavits cease and desist letters preparing responses to office actions; Prior experience in appearing before the Trade Marks Registry and other judicial forums; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Detailoriented and highly organized.
