Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate who will be responsible for interacting with working IT professionals over the phone, providing detailed technical information about our courses, and assisting them with all technical queries and clarifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective candidates (working IT professionals).
Provide comprehensive information on courses such as AI, Data Science, ML, etc.
Clearly explain technical aspects and benefits of the courses.
Address queries effectively, building strong rapport with candidates.
Assist candidates through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up effectively.
Stipend: 20 K (Fixed) + Incentives

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable engaging with experienced professionals in the IT industry.
Basic understanding of AI, Data Science, and DSA is preferred.
Prior experience in educational sales or counseling roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
Candidates with Prior experience in BDA in Ed-tech will be preferred.
