This position is responsible for the operation of a department.

An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Analysis and Reporting: Generates reports to aid managers in their activities with retail partners.

Conducts basic analyses to monitor retailers' performance and adherence to quality standards.

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Account Strategy Development: Supports development of account strategy for products in a sub-category by collecting and organizing data.

Provides appropriate and timely analysis and reporting for products in a sub-category.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Relationship and Account Management: Answers basic questions from retail partners related to purchase order reconciliations, product recalls and first-party sales operations processes.

Reaches out to other teams or escalates issues to address retail partner issue.

Drafts content to be posted on the support site (e.g.

FAQs, Tips & Tricks, Instructional Videos, Webinars).

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Partner Orientation and Integration: Begins to understand Walmart's value proposition.

Researches and documents integration requirements for partnerships with low complexity.

Supports Partnership Managers with source and close for partnerships with low complexity.

Performance Optimization Action Planning: Reviews, understands and supports the development of action plans to improve partnership performance for products in a sub-category.

Collaboration: Collaborates with own team to research answers to partner retailer questions and issues.

People Development: Requests feedback on own work and provides feedback to others.

Receives mentoring from more experienced associates.
