Job Summary:
as an Engineer/ Sr. Engineer Maintenance, you will be responsible for implementing the maintenance plans for Buildings and Facilities in the factory; leads the charge in diagnosing equipment malfunctions, developing interim and permanent solutions; liaising with equipment manufacturers; analyzes the root causes of production issues, proposes innovative solutions, and implement process improvements, and implements the introduction of new equipment, ensuring that production can be carried out as planned. Coordinate with Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB) to fulfill the compliances and for smooth operation. Key Job Responsibilities:
Implement maintenance plans for production equipment, encompassing regular assessments, parts replacement, adjustments, and conservation feedback, to enhance operational longevity and efficiency.
Control maintenance parts inventory, including the creation and arrangement of maintenance parts lists, to ensure timely manufacturing and procurement.
Lead the charge in diagnosing equipment malfunctions, developing interim and permanent solutions, and liaising with equipment manufacturers to ensure continuous production and machine reliability.
Analyze the root causes of production issues, propose innovative solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Implement the introduction of new equipment and assembly line, mastering knowledge, making of the procedure and imparting knowledge of operation techniques and critical process adjustments, to ensure smooth assimilation into existing workflows. Job Location:

Education: Diploma in Electrical / BE (bachelor of engineering) in Electrical in a government-recognized institute.
"C Licence” from the Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board is mandatory.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in handling the Building facility maintenance in the manufacturing/factory set-up.
Excellent knowledge of electrical circuits; electronics control components like Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), VFDs, motors, robotic control, measuring instruments like a tester, oscilloscope etc.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English, and Tamil language ( both written and verbal)
Experience in MS Office (Word and Power Point, Excel).
basic Japanese language proficiency, which will be an added advantage
