Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the HR data engineering team to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Lead a team to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS technologies.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Enable data optimization of workflows and improve data processing efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and AWS technologies.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12 years of relevant work experience 5 years of experience working with AWS technology stack.
Proven experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Knowledge and experience in of AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and others.
Experience in Team Leadership: Managed, mentored, coached and developed teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment Experience in Resource Allocation, Capacity Planning & Resource utilization Experience in Performance Management by providing regular performance feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Knowledge of HR processes and data requirements.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms and big data technologies.
Experience with SAP HANA Analytics Platform is a plus.
Experience in AI / ML is preferred.
