Role Purpose We are hiring for the role of Manager Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting.
In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by help setup and improve our AR process The responsibilities we entrust you with
1. Strategic AR Management:
Lead and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and resolution of billing issues.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance payment cycles and reduce outstanding receivables.
2. Financial Reporting, Revenue, and Commercial Analysis:
Drive the preparation and analysis of AR and revenue reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Conduct in-depth revenue analysis, identifying trends, revenue leakage, and opportunities for growth.
Perform commercial analysis to assess profitability, pricing strategies, and the financial impact of customer contracts.
3. Revenue Recognition and Compliance:
Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain robust documentation and controls for audit readiness.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with business units to align AR, revenue, and commercial strategies with overall company goals.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and new business initiatives.
5. Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
Standardize and develop financial reporting tools and dashboards.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Oracle, advanced Excel, and strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills. What matters in this role Relevant work experience:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic AR and revenue initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Years of work experience:3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting, AR management, and commercial analysis, preferably in fintech/payments.
