Responsibilities Manage technical talent acquisition, growth, and retention for teams working on Microsoft.net technology stack Work with product and key stakeholders to set desired product roadmaps Drive critical improvements to stay ahead of the growing business needs Evaluate new technologies and delivery practices Drive accurate and efficient project estimates Create project plans, identify dependencies and risks, and allocate resources Develop capacity plans and skills assessments Stay up to date on the latest security threats and secure application design and coding practices Manage third party consultants Lead the design, craftsmanship, availability, resilience, security and scalability of your solutions Foster a culture to stay on top of technology trends and participate in technology communities Encourage innovation, inclusion, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity Lead and mentor a team of development, quality assurance, and support engineers Simultaneously drive multiple large initiatives potentially across multiple scrum teams Prepare and present technical presentations and project status Provide required information for the annual budget Basic Qualifications 12 years or more software development work experience 4 years or more experience with developing or managing Microsoft.net projects and/or products 3 years or more experience with managing agile software development teams Deep knowledge and experience with designing and developing enterprise grade applications Deep knowledge and experience with agile and scaled agile methodologies Additional Qualifications that might help Financial domain experience (Fintech, PCI) Cloud development experience
