Working experience in Automotive OEM, FMCG , SC consulting in the field of Supply Chain & Logistics and Data platforms , Data Analytics
Additional experience in Digitization Projects in the field of IIOT, Data Models, AI/ML etc.
Exposure to Project Management methods
Leadership skills
End to end Supply chain and logistics knowledge
Strong team building experience and networking skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing Strategy and Business in alignment with customers- Supply chain Planning - Outbound &Transportation logistics and Data Platforms for MB Plants and Warehouses.

Acquiring project in line with MO strategy.

People and Process Management-Be responsible for driving leadership and leading big team.

Enable on time delivery and quality of projects along with value additions. Identify new areas to vertically and horizontally expand scope of work.

Develop innovation and digital avenues and platforms for SC. Provide new ideas and technologies to create digital hub in India.




Lead and develop Outbound planning portfolio in MBRDI – Transportation Planning
Lead the projects and coordinate with stakeholders
Developing Business in own area of responsibility in alignment
Executing International CKD planning projects
Outbound logistics transportation planning and optimization
Provide technical support on developing the outbound logistics competency in MBRDI
Development of innovative strategies and digital projects across SC planning process
Develop the Green logistics initiatives for SC


Develop Digital supply chain and Analytics Projects
Lead Data Product and Data Platform, AI/ML, Data cloud for MO360 DP
Project like transportation quality, Track & Trace, OBL dashboard etc.
Execution of all project and develop team for future business portfolio
Continuous improvement target
Setting up control center and offshore operations


Education: Masters in Supply chain & Operations, Mechanical engineering or equivalent
