Job Description: Responsible in planning and managing the QA Team.

Plan and supervise the QA/QC team on daily inspection at Incoming Quality Control Process Quality Control and Final Quality Control.

Accomplishes quality urance objectives by monitoring reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures to meet the companys Quality Objectives.

Ensure compliance with Food Act other related Acts regulations and standards recommending improvements where necessary.

Ensure compliance of all ISO standards of the Company including but not limited to ISO 22000 FSSC 22000 HACCP and GMP.

Conduct internal audits supplier audits and any other audit activities as defined in the QMS.

Participate in customer audits and follow up on corrective or preventive actions.

Responsible for the inspection and handling of raw materials semifinished and finished products and disposition of defective and reject products.

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product company system and compliance audits.

Review develop and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs records and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at plant.

Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.

Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations.

ists in the recruiting process.

Perform other related job duties and projects igned by the Management.

Job Requirements: Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin is added advantage Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Diploma /Advance/ Higher bachelors degree in chemistry/ food science/ food technology or equivalent At least 5 years proven working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing sector preferably in food industry.

Knowledge of FSSC 22000 GMP HACCP and Halal Standards.

Good leadership strong interpersonal s strong ytical and problem solving ss.

Able to express ideas clearly both oral and written Required S(s): Computer Literate Microsoft word excel power point etc.
