Description The Agile PLM Consultant will be responsible for providing system-level support of multi-user operating systems hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, customization and maintenance and support of Oracle-Agile PLM application. They will be part of the solutions management team, work with business and technical managers and help solution development, implement and customize business application functions to improve business process and productivity. The role is located in Pune / Chennai / Coimbatore Location. What a typical day looks like: Requires knowledge of systems analysis and good understanding of the business process as it is carried out in the business applications. In the support role, this position helps maintain the business application by working within the defined support structures, monitor application status and help resolve application and interface issues to completion. Responsible to interact with business users, understand the application errors, and work with the application configuration and development team to arrive at satisfactory resolution of the issue. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 8+ years of experience as a business or technical systems analyst role.
