About the Job

Red Fort Capital is looking for a proactive Marketing Associate to develop and execute marketing campaigns across platforms. The campaigns are expected to increase awareness, create leads and expand our presence. The role focuses primarily on digital marketing where you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, enhancing social media presence, content creation and more. The candidate would be required to handle day to day operations for marketing.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Plan, Execute, and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns

· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and paid advertising.

· Continuously refine campaigns based on performance analytics, audience insights, and industry trends.

Create Engaging, High-Quality Content Across Channels

· Develop compelling content tailored to different digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and multimedia content.

· Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, marketing objectives, and audience preferences.

Manage and Grow Social Media Presence

· Oversee daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community interactions.

· Implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and grow brand awareness across social platforms.

Analyze Performance Metrics and Optimize Strategies

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions.

· Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Stay Informed on Digital Marketing Trends and Innovations

· Continuously research and adapt to the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.

· Apply new strategies and tools to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in a marketing role.
• Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• This role requires the seamless ability to take ownership and lead campaign planning and execution along with high level project management for timely executions.
