Job Summary We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across the different businesses in Practo to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our products and services The candidate should possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Drive our digital presence across hyperlocal channels (Google My Business) for our growing list of offline clinics across the country Coordinate with city teams and external stakeholders to create the listing for new and existing clinics Assist with the planning and execution of events, including BTL initiatives, webinars, and other promotional activities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers. Work closely with the marketing channel owners and drive campaigns and initiatives Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations to improve performance. Must have Bachelor;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (MBA preferred) 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, offline marketing, and related field Good working knowledge of MS Excel Skills/Behavioral trails required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Google Sheets and presentations. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus.
