Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts with a primary focus on content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and organic marketing strategies, with the ability to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. This role will also involve managing website upgrades, ensuring the latest content is available, and overseeing the creation of case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create high-quality, engaging content across various channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content needs and develop content plans that align with marketing objectives.
Manage the company's website, including upgrades, updates, and maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of case studies, white papers, and other sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
Analyze and report on the performance of content marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and organic marketing.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience managing websites.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
