Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing professional who can drive marketing initiatives and monetization in APAC. This role requires a strong blend of creative marketing thinking, content monetization understanding and performance‑driven content strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating the brand across social platforms while unlocking new monetization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 360-degree Marketing Campaigns
Conceptualise and execute IMC across digital, on-air, and off-air activations.
Develop innovative marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and channel reach.
Designing organic and paid campaigns keeping in mind brand objectives.

2. Social Media Strategy & Brand Building
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Build a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content style across all platforms.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to maintain competitive advantage.
Optimize content for platform-specific formats, trending topics, SEO, and audience engagement.

3. Audience Growth & Engagement
Drive rapid follower growth, engagement, and community building through organic and paid tactics.
Implement engagement strategies such as polls, live sessions, contests, collaborations, and UGC.
Monitor conversations, respond to audience interactions, and uphold brand reputation.

4. Content Monetization & Revenue Growth
Identify and leverage platform monetization tools (e.g., You Tube Partner Program, Instagram Bonuses/Reels monetization, Facebook Ad Breaks, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs).
Develop new revenue streams including branded content, sponsorships, partnerships, and digital product sales.
Analyse performance to optimize content for higher RPM, watch time, retention, and conversion.

5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, conversion rates, and content revenue.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, ROI analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, You Tube Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout/Hootsuite, etc.).

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, product, and sales teams to align communication and campaign execution.
Develop integrated campaigns that connect social media strategy with broader business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
3–6 years of experience managing social media for brands, creators, or digital businesses.
Strong knowledge of content monetization models across You Tube, Meta, X, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and content ideation skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to understand marketing funnels, brand positioning, and digital consumer behaviour.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in 360-degree marketing in broadcast media/OTT/entertainment/digital content platforms
Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership execution.
Familiarity with performance marketing and revenue attribution models.
Ability to manage multiple channels and fast-paced content calendars.
