Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital and growth marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Brand Positioning, preferably in an IT company. This role demands a visionary leader who can craft and execute strategies to drive brand growth, enhance digital presence, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the brand positioning and marketing efforts to establish a strong market presence.
- Drive the digital transformation of marketing efforts by leveraging the latest tools and technologies.
2. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee all digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
- Optimize digital campaigns using data analytics and performance metrics.
- Manage and grow the company's online presence, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Growth Marketing:
- Create and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to identify new opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to design marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
4. Brand Marketing and Positioning:
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand equity and market differentiation.
- Lead efforts to ensure a unified and impactful brand voice across marketing content.
5. Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engages target audiences effectively.
6. Lead Generation:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Use advanced tools and strategies to track, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
7. Website Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the company website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Ensure the website reflects the brand’s messaging and is updated regularly with relevant content.
8. Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
9. Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Represent the digital marketing function in leadership meetings and strategy discussions.
10. Performance Analytics:
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Use insights from data analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
11. Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Use insights to continuously innovate and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing, with exposure to Brand Marketing and Positioning.
- Proven experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in content marketing and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of growth marketing techniques and brand equity enhancement strategies.
