Must Have :
- At least 5+ years of experience as an SAP Success Factors Recruiting consultant with experience in the following sub modules - Recruitment Marketing and Recruitment Management. Knowledge of Employee Central is beneficial.
- Day to day systems support of a combination of modules in Success Factors
- Employee Central and Recruitment Management (RCM) (OR) Employee Central (EC Core), RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
- Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation on system functionality, system upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics.
- Act as an internal consultant to functional subject matter experts to perform quality assurance data integrity audits, troubleshoot Success Factors system-related issues and provide coordination of quarterly system updates with the Business Leads/Subject Matter Experts for each of the Modules.
- Work with SAP SF to create and resolve incidents for the business.
- The ability to support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, and post-production support/maintenance functions as well as documentation, and end-user training.
- Involved in end-to-end implementation project of Success Factors RCM & Onboarding (2.0)
- Strong Hands-on customizing skills
- Integration of RCM with Onboarding and EC from candidate to Employee conversion.
- Experienced in integration with external career portals.
- Ability to lead the Success Factors Recruitment stream, delivering and deploying solutions.
- Experience with PMGM or RMK is good to have.
