What you’ll own
Double down on what works and scale new channels — all rooted in data.
Campaigns that click: build & run multi-touch sequences (email, social, paid) aimed at US agents, brokers & teams.
Content that converts: briefs, blogs, infographics, short-form video — you’ll steer the calendar end-to-end.
Personalization at scale: slice ICP data and trigger the right message at the right time.
Marketing automation: run and refine flows in Mautic (or similar), Outreach, Hub Spot/Pipedrive, etc.
Growth analytics: own funnel dashboards, spot drop-offs, and shout when a lever needs love.
Voice of customer: sync with Sales & Success to turn insight into messaging that lands.
We think you’ll thrive if you have
3–6 yrs B2 B Saa S / tech-startup marketing experience (demand gen, growth, or lifecycle).
Hands-on chops with marketing-ops stacks — Mautic/Hub Spot, cold-email platforms, and CRMs.
A data-first brain: SQL, GA4/Looker, or quick-&-dirty spreadsheets — whatever answers the “why.”
Fluent written English and the knack for translating features into crisp, benefits-led copy.
Bonus points: exposure to US market
