Role Overview We’re hiring a Facebook Ad Specialist who can confidently manage 25–35 client accounts simultaneously.
You’ll work across a variety of local lead generation campaigns, using our proven strategies and systems to launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads.
You should be comfortable diagnosing underperforming campaigns, suggesting solutions, and making data-informed adjustments to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage 25–35 active Facebook/Instagram ad accounts at once- Launch new campaigns using structured naming, proven creative angles, and ad copy frameworks- Track and interpret campaign performance using platform metrics and client goals- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and recommend changes to targeting, creative, or strategy- Collaborate with our internal team and agency partners to align campaign objectives- Maintain organized reporting and communicate performance updates clearly- Follow internal SOPs while also thinking critically and proactively when needed What You Bring- 2+ years running Facebook Ads for local lead generation- Demonstrable experience managing multiple client accounts at once (25+ preferred)- Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel strategy- Confident in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what to try next- Copywriting instincts and creative ideation skills for local service businesses- Familiarity with Go High Level or CRMs is a plus- Fluent English and strong communication skills- Dependable internet connection and dedicated workspace Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday Compensation & Benefits- Starting $1,000/month USD (negotiable based on experience)- Paid weekly- Remote work with flexibility- Clear systems and SOPs- Long-term potential with a growing performance team How to Apply Click here to apply: https://adfactory.quickams.com/employment-application Important: To be considered, you must include:- A short intro video (recorded via Loom or similar) introducing yourself and your experience- Your 16 Personalities test results: https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test- Proof of your ability to manage multiple accounts (screenshots, summaries, etc.)Please make sure to follow the application instructions.
