The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategic relationships with potential clients.
The role includes creating and implementing business development plans, negotiating contracts, tracking industry trends, and representing the company at industry events.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications- Strong Business Development and Sales skills, including identifying opportunities and building relationships- Strategic Planning and Market Research experience- Contract Negotiation and Client Management skills- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Experience in the industry is a plus- 2-3 years of experience in immigration
