The Role:The Digital Project Manager will lead the delivery of various Digital projects, ranging from brand activation campaigns to development of web and/or mobile applications, from initiation through to completion by working cohesively with global internal stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, deep Digital knowledge, keen eye for detail in maintaining brand identity, and a consistent delivery track record of Digital projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A successful candidate will build and retain synergic relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Responsibilities:Excellent project management skills to organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines Experience with different software development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment Candidate should have strong analytical skills and trouble shooting skills and attention to detail 'Creative' solution seeker Participate in End User testing to validate functionality vs. requirement Collect and document the business requirements and conduct requirements reviews Expertise in evaluating technology needed to efficiently accomplish project objectives Ability to independently maintain assigned systems and develop innovative approaches to resolve a wide range of issues/problems A perceptive and diplomatic ability to sort out cost-effective and common approaches that meet identified business requirements Technical programming background (Mobile, PHP,.Net, HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus Provides leadership and technical expertise within the QA team. Partners with Digital Delivery Managers and Test Leads to lead and direct the QA team. Ensures all tested products and applications meet the highest quality standards Collaborates with internal Hogarth counterparts and clients to understand timelines and ensure staffing resources are always available Actively participates in attracting top talent and employee retention Leads by example and participates in culture development and management Remains current on technology and trends in project management Requirements:Excellent organizational and communication skills Leads by example and through team inspiration Ability to handle multiple projects of varying difficulties works well under pressure while handling client concerns and escalations A proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, change management and ability to juggle competing priorities Proactive and driven to continually manage, mentor and motivate the team Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and leading meetings at all levels within the organization An obsession with detail and extensive technical understanding Experience working with Agile methodology Ability to evaluate HTML, CSS and JavaScript changes to determine test strategies Education and Experience:Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 5+ years' Project management experience in software or marketing communications environments #LI-BS1 Diversity and Inclusion Hogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
