The Role:The Digital Project Manager will lead the delivery of various Digital projects, ranging from brand activation campaigns to development of web and/or mobile applications, from initiation through to completion by working cohesively with global internal stakeholders. The role requires strong project management skills, deep Digital knowledge, keen eye for detail in maintaining brand identity, and a consistent delivery track record of Digital projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A successful candidate will build and retain synergic relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Responsibilities:Excellent project management skills to organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines Experience with different software development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment Candidate should have strong analytical skills and trouble shooting skills and attention to detail 'Creative' solution seeker Participate in End User testing to validate functionality vs. requirement Collect and document the business requirements and conduct requirements reviews Expertise in evaluating technology needed to efficiently accomplish project objectives Ability to independently maintain assigned systems and develop innovative approaches to resolve a wide range of issues/problems A perceptive and diplomatic ability to sort out cost-effective and common approaches that meet identified business requirements Technical programming background (Mobile, PHP,.Net, HTTP, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus Provides leadership and technical expertise within the QA team. Partners with Digital Delivery Managers and Test Leads to lead and direct the QA team.
