Job Purpose Responsible for managing sales of Ashirvad’s products in the defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through projects business.

Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to maximize short- and long-term sales & earnings and promote Ashirvad’s presence in the assigned area.

Sales Planning and Reporting Accurately forecast annual and quarterly revenue streams Collaborate with Region Head/Zonal Head/Head –Project Vertical to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines Monitor regional sales, analyze variances and develop & implement area specific sales action plans to ensure revenue growth across product categories Project Sales Meeting with Builders, MEP Consultants, Project Consultants, Plumbing Contractor Responsible for Completing the Sales and Marketing Functions in Area Ensuring Enquiries to be generated, regular following up, interacting with clients & doing best efforts for converting enquiries into orders, monitoring response to the enquiries from the team.

Will be responsible for preparing cost analysis, attending pre bid, Negotiation, Finalization.

Project Approval Act as a single point to fast track approvals with National, Regional government agencies, large developers, third-party labs, and engineering consulting firms Liaise with all relevant bodies and visit their offices to build direct relationships with relevant stakeholders Market Intelligence and Analysis Develop deep understanding of the approval process, compliance and documentation needs for different agencies Prepare and manage master document dossier for approvals submission.
