Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to join our buzzing content team. If you're someone who scrolls Instagram for inspiration, thinks in memes, lives on trends, and has a flair for words - this one's for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , You Tube, etc.)
- Monitor trends and create reactive content ideas in real-time
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to brainstorm campaigns
- Engage with community comments and DMs to maintain a brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and suggest adaptations
Requirements:
- Passion for all things social media and digital culture
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Creativity, meme-savviness, and a finger on the pulse of Gen Z trends
