Job Summary:

ISB Studios, is seeking a talented and experienced Researcher and Script Writer to join our team. The Researcher and Script Writer will be responsible for conducting research and developing scripts related to the B-school ecosystem, including creative business storytelling, talk shows, multimedia case studies, scripts for marketing videos of various programs, and scripts for creating after movies for events (both networking and speaker sessions). The ideal candidate should have a strong research background, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create compelling and engaging stories that align with the school's academic standards and objectives, while also possessing a strong skillset in creative business storytelling.



Key Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive research on topics related to the B-school ecosystem, including case studies, business concepts, and corporate training practices.
Develop scripts for various productions related to the B-school ecosystem, including creative business storytelling, talk shows, multimedia case studies, marketing videos, and after movies for events.
Utilize creative business storytelling techniques to develop compelling and engaging scripts that effectively communicate important business concepts and practices.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storylines that meet the academic standards and objectives of the school.
Work closely with the director and producers to ensure that the script aligns with the creative vision of the production.
Participate in script readings and provide feedback to actors and directors.
Revise and edit scripts as necessary, based on feedback from the director and producers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Strong research skills, with experience conducting in-depth research on business-related topics.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging stories and convey important business concepts and practices using creative business storytelling techniques.
Experience writing scripts for various productions, including creative business storytelling, talk shows, multimedia case studies, marketing videos, and after movies for events.
Ability to work collaboratively with the creative team to develop concepts and storylines that meet academic standards and objectives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A passion for creative business storytelling and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
