Job Title: Business Development Manager – US & Canada (Staffing Industry)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Location: Work from Home (India)

Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)


About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives across the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with at least 5+ years of experience and a minimum of 2 years in a BDM role.

This is a night-shift, remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with a proven track record of building relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue within the staffing space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing domain (non-IT and/or IT) across US and Canada
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers including HR managers, procurement teams, and hiring executives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand client base
  • Generate leads via cold calls, emails, outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Present staffing solutions and services effectively to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client needs and expectations
  • Manage the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to contract closure
  • Maintain CRM and provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (US/Canada focus strongly preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry processes, pricing models, and client expectations
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
  • Must have a dedicated home-office setup with high-speed internet
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both IT and non-IT staffing sales
  • Established network of clients in North America
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
