Job Title: Business Development Manager – US & Canada (Staffing Industry)

Work Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth initiatives across the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry, with at least 5+ years of experience and a minimum of 2 years in a BDM role.
This is a night-shift, remote opportunity based in India, ideal for professionals with a proven track record of building relationships, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue within the staffing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing domain (non-IT and/or IT) across US and Canada
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers including HR managers, procurement teams, and hiring executives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand client base
- Generate leads via cold calls, emails, outreach, referrals, and networking
- Present staffing solutions and services effectively to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver on client needs and expectations
- Manage the end-to-end business development cycle – from lead generation to contract closure
- Maintain CRM and provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (US/Canada focus strongly preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager or similar client-facing role
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet/exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of staffing industry processes, pricing models, and client expectations
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
- Must have a dedicated home-office setup with high-speed internet
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both IT and non-IT staffing sales
- Established network of clients in North America
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
