This role is for one of the Weekdays clients We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
This role will be responsible for generating leads closing deals and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet business targets.
Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales techniques CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
