About the Role & Responsibility:
We are actively seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong background in Residential Projects in South Mumbai . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client relationships, and end-to-end sales cycles. If you have worked closely on selling Residential Apartment in South Mumbai in redevelopment projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating Sales leads for On-going & Up-coming Residential Projects.
Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful closures
Conduct client site visits, presentations, and negotiations
Build and manage strong relationships with Channel Partners, and brokers.
Guide buyers through the legal and documentation process.
Stay updated with local market trends, and competitor’s activity.
Maintain CRM systems like Hubspot, Sales Force, Etc. with accurate sales pipeline updates and client data on Software.
Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with hands-on experience in Residential projects.
Strong network with Channel Partners, and brokers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-ticket clients and navigate complex sales cycles
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
