  • Industry: Any Industry Will Do But Capital Market Industry Is Preferred
  • Working Day: Monday To Friday
  • Office timing: 10am to 6:30pm
  • Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and provide timely updates to candidates.
  • Coordinate reference checks and background checks on potential candidates.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, hiring processes, and other recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR Recruitment.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator, preferably in [industry/sector].
    • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and recruitment marketing strategies.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
