As a Program Management Intern at IIDE’s Lower Parel office, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our virtual internship program.

This one-month program invites participants from around the world to work on various tasks assigned by different departments at IIDE.

Your responsibilities will include managing communications, overseeing task quality, providing feedback, and generating reports.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the digital marketing and education sectors.

What You'll Do Internship Program Management: Review and ensure the quality of tasks related to the virtual internship program.

Handle communications efficiently via Whats App and email.

Share timely reports and conduct doubt-solving sessions for interns.

Feedback and Performance Monitoring: Check all intern tasks, provide feedback, and review completion certificates.

Conduct regular follow-ups with interns to address feedback and ensure tasks meet deadlines.

Offer suggestions to enhance the internship program’s quality.

Research and Data Accuracy: Conduct comprehensive research and maintain accuracy of data received from interns.

Provide insights to improve the internship program’s processes and outcomes.

Additional Duties: Take initiatives to enhance the overall internship experience.

Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Who You Are Must-Have: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Zoom, etc.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
