Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Based Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting Hashtech Info's services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and reporting to the sales manager.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in providing Training to new clients and team members
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the staffing or technology industry is a plus
