Job Roles and Responsibilities1. Work on calling and attending inquires generated through the various marketing platforms2. Manage negotiation processes and consult buyers on market comparison study and prices3. Work on understanding buyer's needs and proposing solutions that suit them best4. Work on fixing up an engagement meeting with the pre-determined leads5. Work on consulting and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers6. Work on converting prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects7. Work on performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value8. Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure a hassle-free after-sales service9. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customers10. Work on collaborating with others and solving problems creatively and demonstrating high integrity
