Digital Marketing & Business Ops Specialist (ATS/CRM + Linked In) — Full-Time
Remote / Bangalore (Flexible) | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | 1–3 yrs exp
We’re hiring a hands-on specialist to manage our Linked In and digital marketing and strengthen internal operations through CEIPAL (ATS/CRM) and data cleanup. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and own execution end-to-end.
What you’ll do
Run Linked In content + campaigns (company page, employer branding, engagement)
Create creatives/content using Canva (posts, banners, hiring campaigns)
Support email/digital campaigns + basic performance tracking (metrics/insights)
Maintain and clean data in CEIPAL (contacts/candidates/vendors): validation, dedupe, tagging
Organize and standardize Google Drive + simple documentation/SOPs
What we’re looking for
Strong communication + detail orientation
Comfortable with Google Workspace + spreadsheets
Experience with Linked In/content marketing; ATS/CRM exposure is a plus ( CEIPAL preferred )
