We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in Google Ads and proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns. If you’ve successfully led high-budget ad operations and are ready to make a big impact, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across Google platforms (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max, etc.). You’ll be directly managing a monthly ad budget of 2 to 5 billion VND, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance, efficiency, and measurable growth.
You’ll work closely with product, content, and creative teams to align messaging and objectives. As a leader, you’ll guide the paid media team and oversee the success of all Google Ads initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads. You should have a sharp strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a hands-on approach. Experience in e Commerce, retail, or FMCG is a strong plus.
