Personally communicating with the customers regarding critical matters
Clubbing of orders with Director Sir
Performa Plan preparations with the Sales Team and follow- up of the Performa plan with the team and Production
Taking shipment related decisions depending on the customer's credibility
Ensuring that the costing done (by the individual merchandisers) are updated and feed into the system
Getting the order closing done on weekly basis and monthly basis
Following up with the due payments of customers with the merchandisers
Managing back- up of the merchandisers in case of absenteeism
Work allocation and prioritization amongst merchandisers in case the work load is more
Negotiating with the Planning department regarding delivery dates based on customer's requirements
