- Routing and Switching knowledge
- Hands on experience in configuring routers and switches
- Basis Troubleshooting on network related issues
- Service now
- CMDB and discovery
Good-to-Have
- Knowledge on Firewall and wireless devices
- Involved in migration process
- Worked on monitoring tool
- Commutations with service providers and Customer handling skills
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role :
- Hands experience handling Service Now
- Should have knowledge on migration part
- Able to troubleshoot if any issues
- Participate in Bridge call during weekends
