Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Nurse Practitioner at Health IQ Inc. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, research in illnesses, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner will educate HCPs on health maintenance and disease prevention.

• Educating Patients on Health Maintenance and Disease Prevention
• Experience in a similar healthcare role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Advanced practice nursing certification
• Diploma/Bachelors/Master's degree in Nursing
