- 6+ years of relevant experience (4 years with HCM Cloud products)
- Ability to lead customer meetings
- Functional knowledge of Oracle Time and Labour in Middle East legislation
- Experience in OTL Implementation and Projects Module Integration
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HDL, and HSLF
- Support/Implementation/Design experience in HCM modules
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM product for Absence
