Alarm management, health check, back up
Troubleshooting So P (Standard Operating procedures)
Mo P (Method of Procedure)
Call flow, Log/trace collection and analysis
Location : Pune, India - fully onsite

PSX – Policy Routing
RAMP – Alarms and Management Platform (previously EMS)
DSC – Signaling Controller
