Purpose of The Job:
To support the enhancement of Associate engagement, Well-being, and DEI initiatives across ALJ affiliates by supporting engagement and experience surveys, providing insights that can lead to improvement actions, and managing other necessary associate engagement, well-being, and DEI initiatives.

Qualification/Education, Experience, and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or organization psychology or psychology or other relevant fields
Minimum Experience:
8-10 years in HR, 3-4 years in engagement, wellbeing and DEI
Job-Specific Skills:
MS Office (Excel), Qualtrics or other survey tool knowledge, Data Analysis, Critical thinking, excellent communication, essential project management, Learning & KAIZEN Mindset, Excellent Tracking and Monitoring skills
Language:
Fluent in English
Special Certification or Membership:
Certification in Qualtrics, BI tools, and Change Management are an added advantage
