Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) — Work from office (6:00 PM–3:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound prospecting via calls, email, and Linked In to generate qualified leads.
Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit and book meetings for sales.
Maintain accurate activity and lead records in CRM.
Achieve weekly/monthly outreach, activity, and lead-qualification targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
Provide timely follow-up and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Qualifications:
1–3 years outbound BDR or telesales experience (Saa S or B2 B preferred).
Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working nights (6:00 PM–3:00 AM) and meeting KPIs.
CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented.
