Assistant Manager/Manager Admission and Outreach

Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager/Manager Admission and Outreach will lead student recruitment and outreach strategies to attract high-quality applicants to the university's undergraduate programs. The role involves close collaboration with reputed K-12 schools, career counselors, coaching centers, foundations, and admission consultants. Internally, the candidate will work closely with the marketing and admissions counseling teams to enhance brand visibility and achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute admission & outreach initiatives such as events, workshops, competitions, and talks across K-12 schools, colleges, coaching centers, foundations, and education fairs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with school principals, career counselors, and educational consultants.
Develop and implement outreach strategies for domestic and international student recruitment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns, design collaterals, and support digital outreach.
Conduct webinars, workshops, and campus visits to engage students and parents.
Supervise and support the admission counseling team, ensuring timely application processing and follow-ups.
Analyze market trends and admission data to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Coordinate with academic departments to ensure program information is current and aligned with outreach content.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); Masters in Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
4 - 6 years of experience in admissions, outreach, or education marketing, ideally within a higher education environment.
Exposure to IB/IGCSE schools and international outreach is highly desirable.
