Urgently Hiring For Patent Associate - 5 days working at Andheri West, Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai only apply) for Immediate joining
Key skills - Patent Drafting, Searching, FTOs, Infringement analysis, Prosecution, IP litigation
Experience - 3-5 years of Patent experience, preferably in patent drafting, prosecution, litigation
Preferred candidate profile with Technology experience -
2 candidates for M. E. / M. Tech / B. E./ B Tech. Preferably in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical, Computers, Mechanical.

Registered Patent Agent preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication (in English) with ability in creative and persuasive writing.
Prior experience of drafting patent applications and/or office action responses.
Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various countries, various patent databases, technical
domains with respect to educational background.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.
Any certifications of additional courses or training (in Intellectual Property or otherwise) would be a plus.
Highly organized, detail oriented and able to follow through on assignments
Must be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
