Job Description : - Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect in Pega Platform 8.7.6 and Pega Infinity 24 - Extensive knowledge of the Pega platform and Pega methodologies - Proven track record of successfully delivering Pega solutions for enterprise-level projects - Exposure to HTML, CSS - Strong communication and leadership skills - Pega LSA certification is preferred.

- Provide consultation for line for business applications team on how to migrate their enterprise application to cloud using well-architected designs to maximize the capabilities of cloud computing.

- Engages technical teams and business stakeholders to discuss and propose technical approaches to meet current and future needs - Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Pega solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within Pega applications - Create durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions (ref:hirist.tech)
