Job Description Summary
The Planning Manager – Hospital Projects will oversee comprehensive project planning, scheduling, and controls for large‑scale hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects. The role ensures alignment with design standards, clinical requirements, statutory compliances, project timelines, and contractual obligations while driving timely and quality delivery.

About the Role
Lead planning and scheduling for hospital and healthcare projects in Delhi with full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and planning governance.
Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project schedules (baseline and updated) aligned with GFC drawings, medical equipment layouts, BOQs, clinical workflows, and healthcare design specifications.
Ensure end‑to‑end documentation control including planning files, progress reports, dashboards, delay analysis, audits, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, hospital administrators, biomedical teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Track progress against critical path and proactively identify risks, delays, or resource bottlenecks while recommending mitigation strategies.
Work closely with execution teams to ensure planning, sequencing of works, shutdown management (where applicable), and commissioning activities are tightly controlled.
Support medical equipment planning schedules, MEP sequencing, infection‑control construction protocols (ICRA), and hospital‑specific statutory requirements.
Prepare weekly, monthly MIS reports and client presentations.
Contribute to process improvement by innovating planning methodologies, digital tools, and reporting frameworks.
Assist in the development of SOPs, planning playbooks, and standardised documentation for healthcare project management.
Flexibility to work extended hours during critical phases such as hospital commissioning, testing, validation, or equipment installation.
About You
10+ years of experience in project planning, specifically in hospital/healthcare infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of hospital planning elements including:
medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS)
AHU zoning & infection control requirements
HTM/ NABH/ NBC/ fire norms for healthcare
medical equipment room readiness
OT/ICU/critical area construction planning
B. Tech in Civil Engineering ; certification in PMP / PSP / Primavera P6 preferred.
Proven experience in managing planning for large hospital projects (greenfield or brownfield).
Strong command over planning tools, critical path analysis, resource‑loaded schedules, and delay analysis.
Ability to coordinate seamlessly with clinical teams, hospital administrators, biomedical team members, and consultants.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Confident stakeholder management and ability to work in fast‑paced healthcare project environments.
